Listen to the white water rapids below and view the Cherokee Indian Fish Trap right off your spacious covered porches. There's even a walking path from the cabin down to the River's edge for your outdoor exploration. Wave to the passengers on the Blue Ridge Scenic Train as they pass by during spring, summer, and autumn...the kids and adults will just love watching the train go by at less then 10mph but you will need to for it as it approaches traveling quietly along the Toccoa River. During the seasons you can go trout fishing, canoeing, tubing, or kayaking right outside the cabin. Rolling River Cabin is located just minutes between the quaint towns of Blue Ridge, GA and McCaysville, GA/Copperhill, TN as well as the Ocoee Olympic Whitewater Center. With so much to see and do, you'll never want to leave. Rolling River Cabin is a luxuriously spacious cabin with 4 bedrooms and a large sleeping loft, 3 baths, and living areas on 2 levels that can comfortably sleep 10 people. With the living areas opening out to the 12 foot deep spacious covered porches, you can expand your experience outside. Both covered porches running the length of the cabin will feature outdoor stone fireplaces where you can sit and enjoy the rushing waters of the Toccoa River, sit in the hot tub enjoying the fireplace and the sounds of the River, or dining around the crackling fire and rolling River. This is a true getaway with all the luxuries you dream of. On the main level is the living area with exposed beams and a very large wood burning stone fireplace and spacious gourmet kitchen/dining area which features a large farm table for your dining pleasure. The kitchen hosts stainless appliances, gas stove with convection oven and bun warmer, and every other amenity for the discerning chef. A large 42 inch Flat Panel TV with Hign Definition Direct TVand a premium movie package, surround sound in the living area. Everything is open and inviting. The master suite with King bed is also on this level, featuring a spacious bathroom with an authentic antique 6' clawfoot tub with shower attachment and double vanity. The bedroom opens right onto the covered porch for your morning coffee by the future stone fireplace and cushy outdoor furniture. What could be a more relaxing way to wake up each morning? The upstairs features another master King suite with a large bathroom, double vanity, 6' jetted garden tub with slate surround. This bedroom has its very own private covered balcony overlooking the Toccoa River. What a wonderful way to wake up each morning as you sip your morning beverage in cushy outdoor furniture listening to the calming waters of the river. Also on the upstairs level is a sleeping loft running the length of the cabin overlooking the main living area. The loft features two twin beds and a small library for your reading pleasure. There are lots of windows and glass letting in the light and looking at the tree tops. Downstairs features the billiards room, another large 42 inch Flat Panel TV with Hign Definition Direct TVand a premium movie package, surround soundTV with surround sound, games as well as a Queen suite with large bathroom. There is also a smaller bedroom which has two twin beds. The 6-8 person hot tub is on this level as well. We provide everything you will need for a luxury vacation on the River.
